Completion Requirements

  • 86 total quarter credit hours (101 quarter credit hours without a Walden M.P.A. or M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership)
    • Core courses (15 cr.)
    • Specialization courses (15 cr.)
    • Foundation Research Sequence (12 cr.)
    • Specialized Knowledge Area Modules (KAMs) (24 cr.)
    • Dissertation (20 cr.)
  • Professional Development Plan and Program of Study
  • 20 days of residency (two 4-day and two 6-day residencies)
  • Minimum of 8–9 quarters enrollment depending on the transfer of credits awarded
