Leadership
Globalization, advances in technology, and rapid changes in the marketplace all contribute to the need for business professionals to continually develop their leadership skills. Explore new frameworks and perspectives that will help you to lead and manage change effectively. Investigate a variety of current leadership principles and practices to determine which work best in any given situation. Coursework focuses on the development of writing and critical-thinking skills at the doctoral level.
