Health Management
Managers and organizational leaders must learn to successfully guide healthcare organizations into the 21st century. In this concentration, learn to create and apply policies and financially manage the delivery of healthcare services. Develop key concepts related to strategic planning, marketing and human resources in healthcare organizations. Learn methods for assessing and improving quality and safety issues as you prepare for a management or leadership position in a range of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, physician’s offices, or medical laboratories.
