In this concentration, students will

  • Understand essential principles and concepts of management theory and practice.
  • Explore practical applications for planning, organizing, and staffing.
  • Apply technology in human resource management.
  • Understand the basic principles of leadership and motivational theory, as well as the importance of communication.
  • Learn effective change-management tools and techniques.
