About Dr. Rebecca Sidler Krysiak
Dr. Rebecca Sidler Krysiak has been actively involved in higher education for more than 10 years. As an adjunct assistant professor at Iowa State University, she participated in several projects that focused on designing more effective ways to facilitate student learning. In 2000, she became Iowa State University’s distance-education program director in the College of Engineering, where she stayed until 2003 when she joined National Technology University as an academic director. Prior to teaching, Dr. Sidler Krysiak served as a project engineer. She earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering, an M.S. in engineering mechanics, and a Ph.D. in engineering mechanics from Iowa State University.
