Our  faculty members are the foundation of our university. To continuously provide a high-quality educational environment, we survey our faculty members annually and share their feedback through Walden’s Demonstrating Accountability, Transparency, and Assessment (DATA) project.

Highlights include:*

• The majority of faculty members believe that integrity, quality, student-centeredness, and creativity are valued at Walden and that the university’s program and policies support the standards and practices of their profession.
• Overall, faculty members believe that the university recognizes good teaching and maintains academic quality.
• Nearly 85% of faculty members believe Walden is fulfilling its social change mission.
