Harold L. Hodgkinson Award

The Harold L. Hodgkinson Award is bestowed annually upon a Walden graduate whose dissertation is judged as meeting the highest university standards of academic excellence.

This award honors the dedicated life and distinguished career of one of the nation’s foremost experts in demography, Dr. Harold L. Hodgkinson. The award recognizes Dr. Hodgkinson’s instrumental role in the establishment and academic development of this university.

Eligibility

Students must have their dissertations completed and signed by the provost between March 1 and the following February 28 for the July award.
